This lamp was originally produced in this Red Satin Patterned-Art-Glass as well as Celery Green Satin Art-Glass & Light Blue Satin Art-Glass versions.  Chimney is a modern replica-replacement.  Original Patterned Satin Art-Glass is in pristine restored condition.

This rare "TULIP" Red Satin Patterned Art-Glass Night Lamp with the Original Consolidated Collar & Nutmeg Burner Set stands 9-inches tall to the top of its 4 -inch floral shade. This lamp is easy to find in the red but very difficult to find in other color-ways. (Smith I – Fig. 284)
